Hermeuptychhia sp found from el Reventador down to the Northern limit of Sangay NP and Papallacta, and particularly in the Sumaco-rio Hollin area.
it is our morphotype 3 (see https://www.sangay.eu/en/fiche-papillon/019-Satyridae/003-Satyrinae/001-Euptychiini/021-Hermeuptychia/049-pimpla%2C+cucullina%2C+maimoune+Group+overview/_), and it clearly looks like the types of cucullina illustrated on BoA.
