the taxonomy of Caeruleuptychia twalela and C. romani is not clear, in Ecuador there could be two distinct species under the twalela name ?
the butterfly on the first picture sports two funny green lines on the FW ; as it seems to be the same individual as the one on the next picture, it must be a light effect.
